Returns & Refunds Policy

At Blackforge TCG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at shop@blackforgetcg.co.uk before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return instructions, including the correct return address and any applicable return shipping information, will be provided once your return request has been reviewed.

Mystery Items & Sealed Products

Mystery products, mystery packs, mystery boxes, and other mystery items cannot be returned once they have been opened.

By opening a mystery item, you acknowledge that the contents have been revealed and the item is no longer eligible for return due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please contact shop@blackforgetcg.co.uk with your order details and, where applicable, photographs of the issue so that we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

Opened mystery packs, mystery boxes, and other opened mystery products
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Products that are not returned in their original condition or packaging, where applicable
Gift cards
Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you may return an eligible unopened product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Rights

If your order is being shipped to a customer in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any legal exceptions.

Where a cancellation right applies, the item must be returned in accordance with applicable law. Opening certain sealed products, including mystery products, may affect your cancellation rights where permitted by applicable legislation.
