Blackforge TCG – 14 Day Returns Policy
At Blackforge TCG, we aim to ensure every order meets the expectations of our collectors. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the terms below.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Seals must remain intact on all sealed products
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or tampered products
- Any mystery, blind, or pre-packed products (including bundles, slabs, and packs)
- Graded cards (LCG, PSA, CGC or similar)
- Items damaged after delivery
Due to the nature of trading card products, all contents are considered final once opened.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service
- Blackforge TCG is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for processing after approval
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Important Note
Blackforge TCG sells collectible trading card products. Variations in cards, contents, and outcomes are part of the nature of the hobby and are not considered faults.
